Neal’s Yard Remedies Frankincense Intense skincare collection in cobalt blue packaging

A Canadian market had to be built before the brand could grow in it.

Our work with Neal’s Yard Remedies began before there was local infrastructure to receive the range. The task was not simply importing product. High Street Maison translated a complex international portfolio into a compliant, retailer-ready Canadian operation: bringing more than 400 labels into compliance, completing all Health Canada registrations and building retailer relationships from scratch.

More than a decade later, the work continues across compliance, inventory, retailer education, launch execution and market development.

Evidence from the partners we represent.

Commercial judgement matters most when it becomes consistent local action.

High Street Maison combines a deep understanding of our brand with strong commercial judgement, local market knowledge and a highly collaborative approach. Lisa consistently brings forward innovative ideas and valuable leadership insights, while remaining focused on opportunities that support sustainable growth. She has been a trusted and proactive partner in building our presence in Canada over many years.
T., Head of InternationalBrand Partner
Our relationship began through the shared experience of representing the same international brand in Sweden and Canada. Because we have faced many of the same commercial realities as distributors, Lisa immediately understood both the opportunities and challenges behind building a brand in a new market. She is commercially minded, direct and collaborative.
M., FounderBrand Partner
Preparing our brand for launch with two of Canada’s leading national retailers required commercial planning, retailer requirements, product positioning and operational details to work together. Lisa played an integral role in moving the opportunity into execution. The brand has since grown to rank within the top 5% of Whole Body sales.

Review the Requirements

We take on new partners only when we have the capacity to remain closely involved from assessment through repeat order.

That focus gives every brand and retailer the senior attention required to build lasting demand.
